I appreciate your understanding that the time I have set aside is exclusively for you. Late cancellations and no-shows can significantly impact small businesses like mine. By securing a reservation, you agree to follow my policies. Thank you for your consideration.
Cancellation & Reschedules
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost. This policy applies to same-day cancellations due to illness or any circumstance so kindly cancel in advance. Additionally, booking services and then opting out of having them performed is also subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive promptly for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will make every effort to accommodate you, but I may not be able to provide the services you originally booked or I may need to reschedule your appointment.
Payments
I welcome payments in cash, check, Zelle, Apple Cash, and Cash App. While credit cards are accepted, please note that a 4% fee will be applied based on the total amount of your service.
Service
If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please reach out to me within seven days of your original appointment date. I am happy to provide a complimentary adjustment service to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that refunds are not offered on any service.
Kids
Please arrange childcare for your child during your appointment. My studio is not set up to accommodate unsupervised children due to space limitations. Only Children receiving services are permitted in the studio.
Pets
As per the State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs regulations, no animals are permitted in a salon at any time, except for service animals. The presence of animals in the studio is also a violation of my lease agreement.
